1 SGX Compliance

  • Do you know your exact compliance position on Rules 710โ€“720?
  • Has director independence been formally assessed in the last 12 months?
  • Is your audit committee composition fully compliant?
  • Are all related party transactions properly disclosed and approved?

2 Board Effectiveness

  • Does your board have genuine strategic debates โ€” or rubber-stamp decisions?
  • Are all directors actively engaged in meetings?
  • Does the board receive timely, useful management information?
  • Has the board conducted a formal effectiveness evaluation in the last 2 years?

3 Gender Diversity
